GCET MCA  
 
Eligibility: Apart from fulfilling the basic criterias for GCET, student must also fulfill the following criteria to be eligible to take GCET-MCA
The candidate must have passed std. XII (HSC) examination or its equivalent with Mathematics/Business Mathematics / Statistics as one of the subject.
GCET-MCA is coducted on the next Sunday after GCET-MBA is held. GCET-MCA admission is based purely on written test performance. It’s a pure objective type test. Students have to answer the questions in the answer sheet supplied. Questions are based on

1. Quantitative Ability (Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry & Advance Maths)
2. Logical and Analytical Reasoning (Puzzles, nonverbal reasoning, etc.)
3. Verbal Ability (English Usage & Grammar, Vocabulary related questions)
4. Data Interpretation (You have to analyse the graphs/data given and answer the questions)
5. Reading Comprehension (Passages followed by Questions)
6. There could be question on computer awareness, General Awareness & G.K. also.

Result:  On the basis of the Written test performance, a final merit list is prepared. Meritorious students are informed about their merit ranks through written communication. Normally final result comes out within 20-25 days from the written test
